And, Why?

(I am referring to the race known as Jews.)

I am sorry this question offended some responders.

The Bible seems to be a history of the Jewish bloodline from Adam to Jesus. Wouldn't it be enlightening to know about the people in the Bible and those who can really biblically prove they are from Adam. I doubt if most people can prove they are in the Adam Lineage. Are any of your ancestors listed in the Bible?

Dear "Omer" - Thank you for clarifying my question.

Woah, calm down everyone, what he meant by the "race" was the origin of the people. He merely confused the words "race" and "nationality" because the word "Jewish" can be referred to as a person who practices Judaism, OR a person who is from Israel. I'm sure he learned his lesson, you guys gave it to him the hard way with those comments...

Anyway, I'm sure most people in Israel believe in God. The majority of Israel is comprised of Jews (the religion) and there are also many Muslims in the country as well, both religions of which the followers believe in God. Then you could figure that with everyone else left over, some of them must believe in God too. So I would think that most of the country believes in God, maybe around 90-95%. I'm not sure how accurate that is, however :\ Good luck!

As Flamer said (but then deleted his post), Jews are very smart people. And literally ALL of them know that God ignored the prayers of 6 million Jews in Hitler's death camps. If God existed, that is. But all these smart people could easily reason that if God existed, he wouldn't ignore the fervent prayers of 6 million innocent people.

Does that answer your question? Most Jews don't believe that God exists.

What difference does it make? It really doesn't matter if only 1% or 90% believe in God. I don't understand your question at all. Is this supposed to matter to anyone but the Jews?

It's actually quite low in Israel...probably around %40. I doubt any higher. In this nation....I'd guess.....half. We don't tend to be as....into religion...as some other folks.

Judaism is a faith. 100% of Jews believe in God.

Jesus was a Jew.

Do you have a problem with that?

Do you know better than God? Does it matter how many Israeli's believe in God? What percentage of Americans believe in God?

Are you without sin?
