First have a good shampoo and moisture your hair with sine conditioning, there's a line called "sleek" that will help you have hair soft, shinny and sleek. I don't know hows your texture but a good blower and get your hair iron but make sure to protect it (if not it will get dried). And consult a hair styler about the hair cut you should get, in order to help you get the look.

When it's moist, wrap it in a cloth, like a low pony tail, and help dry with the hair-blower. when its dry, use a round bog comb and shape it with the blower. to finish, pass the hair iron. That's the way it works for me, also try some hair-straightener product.
