Yes
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with gall stones and scheduled for surgery. They were going to remove my gall bladder. I was in severe pain.

I began to research on the Internet when I learned that gall stones are not stones at all. They are soft and rubbery and consist of bile salts and cholesterol.

I found a natural procedure on the Internet called the "Gall Bladder and Liver Flush". Since I was scheduled for surgery, I figured I had nothing to lose so I tried it. The procedure involves fasting for a day, followed by drinking a mild Epsom salt solution to help dilate the bile duct. Then olive oil and lemon juice is consumed. They work together to shock the gall bladder into expelling the gall stones. The acid in the lemon juice softens the gall stones so you can easily pass them. I could see them in my bowel movement the next day.

It worked for me. About 1 week later, all the symptoms I had suffered left. I never had the surgery and still have my gall bladder. I also gained more energy and lost weight after the procedure.

You can learn about it by doing a Google search for Gall Bladder and Liver Flush. There are many procedures. Some want you to buy their products. I used the simple olive oil and lemon juice procedure and never paid for any special products.

After feeling great for about 2 years, the bad symptoms returned. I simply used the procedure again. It worked again and I still feel great.

Pain meds will help to relieve the symptoms. There are NO real home rememdies that will help with this. You don't want a stone to get into the duct work that leads from your gallbladder out. This can be life threatening and VERY PAINFUL. If you know for sure you have gallstones you should be attempting to have them removed through surgery or ERCP. Either way it needs to be done. If you know you have gallstones, stay away from foods containing fat, as this will cause the gallbladder to work and thus cause you pain. Some people can identify the food that causes them pain, and others can't. Good luck to you, I hope you feel better.

If you eat anything with fat or spicy foods, it is going to cause you to have a flareup. The gall bladder stores bile, which is secreted to help you digest fats. The best thing you can do is watch your diet and stick to bland foods until you can get surgery.

In a word, no.

I had issues with my gallbladder when pregnant with my second baby... and it got so bad, they did the surgery to remove the gallbladder *while* I was still pregnant! I think if I'd had to wait another day, I would have killed myself - pain unbelievable!
