Are you earning your on way and living on your own, or are you living at your parent's house for free.. If you live in my house, you live by my rules..

Not unless they can prove that for some reason you shoudln't be allowed to drive ( mental incompentency, drugs, etc.). But that is a long process and it is not easy. By turning 18 you are an adult so there isn't much anyone can do to you without you finding out or being able to stop it.

Depends...how long have you been married? Have you introduced your parent as a spouse? Many legal issues here..and we all know how conplex the issue is in your state. Kentucky is backwoods as it gets. Best of luck to you.
