I've been working on it for at least 3 months, and still don't see any major improvment, what should i try to do next?

Do as much cardio as you can and try to cut out as much fat as you can from your diet. The cardio alone should get u a six pack. Don't worry about doing too many sit-ups/crunches.

make sure your calories are right for your age and weight. lower your sodium intake and cardio 45 minutes a day 3-4 times a week. drink alot of water everyday. look at my profile and questions. i lost 13lbs in a little under 4 weeks. i posted my diet and what i did to lose it.

Run down to your local 7-11, they have them in the cooler.

hmm....sit ups/ crunches? maybe.....dont worry bout it too much- it will appear eventually .....plus ur nice looking anyway :P xxxx

do 50 crunches a day REAL crunches and you will start to see results soon
