If you want to do it discreetly, just give him signals like smile at him when you pass by or something (if you guy's aren't aqquainted). if you are, then just flirt with him. Don't try to play hard to get and act like you're not interested, when in reality, you are. Guys who are on the borderline of liking you will just give up. So you have to seem interested.

You tell him you love him with words. Passing a note... Sending an email/message... Or over the phone or straight in the face... Just make sure you love him
