It's because the song writer was on crack at the time, and his boyfriend, Jimmy, was busy cooking up creamed corn for dinner. He was simply too buggered to get his facts straight. He later also wrote a song about cosmic intergalactic monkeys that invaded and were really mean but that was only after he started mixing with heroin.
