i need a microcontroller than has bluetooth abilities also. also can you tell me what language is required to program it.

While I agree with Doug to use Microchip as the manufacturer for the Microcontroller, bluetooth is something that a microcontroller itself wont (easily) handle. For that, I recommend one of the CP3000 modules from National Semiconductor to interface with a PIC Microcontroller. The CP3BH19SB has a mix of National's 2.4 GHz radio (PLL Transciever) and a Bluetooth WPAN processor. You can read more about this at Nationals website for that product line:
