There are 2 BIN and there are 2 CUE files.
1. Unrar.
2. Burn or mount with daemon tools.
3. Install the game.
4. Use the keygen in /Crack dir on CD1 to generate your own key
or use any one of these:

yeah this is for swat 4, I can't find the game anywhere. I would buy it if i could find it.

unrar is like unzipping the file. you will need the proper sowtware to do it. try http://torrentspy.com/torrent/859458/WinRAR_v3_61_Registered
once the files are extracted you can follow the rest of your instructions to installing the game

Just buy the game and don't try to make pirate copy.
I know this is a pirate a copy of Swat 4. bad boy.
