Has anyone who is in their 40's began doing Pilates or Yoga and noticed a significant change in your body? How long before you noticed the changes?

Hey Cathy,
I'm 46 and I started doing some Pilates to help get a little more flexible. I did it everyday for about 15 minutes. I would say after about 3 weeks I felt more flexible and I started to noticed more tone around my stomach region, especially the sides.(and it was confirmed by the tape measure) I read where it does take 21 days to form a habit and you usually SEE results between 3 to 6 weeks.
