hes friends with me and we talk and he flirts with me but hasnt asked me out..people say he likes me but what can i do to make him ask me out sooner.??

You didn't mention what you currently do, but I assume you've tried changing how you dress, how you act, what you do, and basically become someone fake.
So now I tell you, change back and BE YOURSELF! If he likes you and you like him, you make the first move. Ask him out. If it's meant to be, he'll say yes. If not, move on and find someone who likes you for you. You shouldn't have to try so hard.

personally id say DONT ASK HIM OUT YOURSELF...every1 else seems to be sayin to but i wouldnt, lets just say i must be an old fashioned 17 year old but i believe in guys makin the first move still but neways, just hint around at it, u kno flirt excessivly with him, maybe even tease him a lil bit, if he doesnt get the hint then just flat out tell him u like him, if he doesnt make a move then, then hes just too shy or he doesnt like u, but id say after u tell him u like him if he doesnt make a move, then ull hafta ask him out urself...good luck

Don't be a person that your not. Just be yourself, and try to talk to him about things that interest him. Guys don't like it when a girl only talks about herself or what she likes.
Maybe he is shy to ask you out. I am shy about asking girls out, and my frist girlfriend actually asked me out first lol. Tell him you like him, and trust me, he will want to go out with you!!

Just talk. If you can get him to turn red like a tomato then you know he likes you. Just talk and it'll flow naturally.

if your tired of waiting... why dont you make the first move... like hug him and kiss him on the cheek or something... this will get his head thinking... and do that some... then try to get closer... like kiss him and tell him how much he means to you... and by then... he should ask...
