do carmel hi-lites and long layers. Use a bit of gel and mousse in your hair and blow dry it til damp. Allow it to dry nat after that.
Unless you want to flat iron it. then dry it all the way then flat iron it. And a long side bang.

i am a hair dresser from ny i would suggest shoulder lenth cut long layers a long side bang and use a straightening iron thats ceramic when ever you want a straight style the long bangs will cover your forhead and the layers will thin out bulk making it easy to straighten
