electronic greetings cards?

Could somebody recommend to me an electronic greetings card that FOR SURE informs the sender if the recepient saw the card or not? (Americangreetings claim to inform, but, per my experience, fail to do so)

i always use blue mountain you can send a copy to yourself along with sending you a notice when the person picks up the card. if the card isn't picked up with in a certain time they let you know that also.
