supress appetite. so i don't feel so darn hungry all the time and can lose some weight. thank you much.

Caffeine (in moderation) will help to dull down your appetite a bit, as will drinking an 8-12 ounce glass of water whenever you feel hungry.
Another technique that works is chewing gum or sucking on sugar-free candies like Life Savers. That way your mouth is busy but your calorie consumption is minimal.
Finally, when you do eat meals, eating lots of fruits, veggies, complex carbohydrates, and other foods with dietary fiber will keep you fuller longer. Dietary fiber stays in your digestive tract for quite some time, so you don't get hungry as easily.

psillium, i think that is the right spelling, you can get it at health food stores and it makes your stomach feel full
