Rum & Coca Cola. My personal favorite way to make this is with Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and Diet Cherry Coke.

Pimms and lemonade with a quiet relaxing game of Cricket on the DAB.

Or a Lovely scrumpy and a Stilton Ploughmans with warm bread.

There is nothing like a fresh made Mojito made with mint you grew yourself. That or a Margarita- just the tequila, Cointreau and three freshly squeezed limes shaken and strained into a martini glass- perfect!

Pimms No. 1 Cup with all the fruit and veg (for those of you who don't know it, it's a gin-based drink and the No. 1 Cup has slices of apple, orange, strawberry and cucumber, plus a sprig of mint).

a pint of newcastle brown ale, from teh very cold shelf, with a tropical umbrella placed at a jaunty angle.... on a tall thin glass, with droplets of cold condensation gathering on the surface, glinting in the sunshine, refracting the myriad rainbows caused by refractions within the many droplets...

and then theres the girls... mmmm, summer..
