I had two problems: I had undiagnosed sleep apnea, and I drank diet soda that had aspartame in it. Both will cause these problems.

Google around to find out about sleep apnea, and then talk to your doctor about it if you think you might have it.

Aspartame is just plain POISON. Get it out of your diet.

It sounds to me that you are on the right track to get over this anxiety. I've had social anxiety before, but the way to overcome it is to think about what is going to happen in the social environment in a positive way instead of a negative. Example.. say you have a big speech tomorrow.. Think about how good you are going to do, all the points that you want to have for the people, and think about how many wonderful people you are going to meet. Always think positive. Also, if you want to make your anxiety worse thinking about the past or future in a negative way will make it worse. Good Luck

Seriously do these, because it'll help 800,000 percent more than medication:

1) Stretch your body 5-15 minutes every morning when you wake up
2) Do cardio exercise at least 30 minutes a day -- could be as simple as walking. Sometimes it helps to listen to relaxing music, other times you may not want to listen to music.
3) Try not to eat fast food as much as possible
4) Cut caffiene out of your diet as much as possible / limit yourself as to how much sugar you eat
5) If you smoke cigarettes, try to limit yourself
6) Get enough sleep
7) Try to have a real conversation with a good friend at least once a day if possible

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

You either need spiritual help or physical.
If spiritual problem, then ask Jesus Christ to fill your heart with His Joy.
If physical problem, then start eating fresh organic fruits and vegetables, but if not able or don't want to, then buy some vitamins, and if you don't want to look for it, then here is an option www.oxyfresh.com/vlad

You have many ways to go.. it does go into remission all by itself if you just hold on (there are many books on the subject check amazon.com) but if you need relief right away look into aroma therapy, hypno therapy and also Paxil or Wellbutrin will help take the edge off but you need to ask a doctor for a prescription.
Your not alone.. take care!!

I found something that has really helped me. I will provide you with a link so that you can read up on it. I was on the verge of getting on anti depressants, I couldn't function after my mom died. The first day I tried AgelessXtra, I felt less stressed, by the end of the third day, I felt so much more optimistic, and I had energy. It is amazing stuff. And it is natural, which was important to me.
