how do I show the zero in Excel??

I am trying to type 28.20 but the 0 doesnt show, it just looks like 28.2 what function do I use to make it show? thanks.

Format the cell and set it to number, 2 decimal places.

(Right click on the cell or column and select Format. Choose the Number and then set the decimal places.)
