there is this guy who my friend likes..not me...anyways....she gave him a card on valentines day...and ever since then he's been staring at ME....and then for two days his friends would always laugh when i would walk by...then one time i walked by and he wasn't there, but one of his friends said "that's her, it's her"....and i turned around and all his friends were laughing....and then i was at my locker and he came up to me and kneeled on the floor next to me and just stared at me....does he like me...or is he trying to make my friend jealous..because if he is...it's working and she's jealous of me....

hmmm... this is kind of weird, but is there a possibility that your friend didn't hand him the valentine in person and she delivered it to him and he thinks somehow that you gave it to him? if this may be, then i think it's possible that he doesn't like you and he's making fun of you. just because i think kneeling on the floor and staring at you has to be a joke. because guys don't do that. but if he really does know that your friend gave him the valentine, then he might just be making her jealous to make her like him more or something along those lines.

He may like and he may just be trying to be smart, the best way for you to find out who he likes is to start asking questions about your friend like would he ever date her, does he have a girlfriend what did he think of her gift make general conversation you find that guys are a lot more talkative then girls and he will eventually leak out info to what everyone wants to know. And another thing it seems to me like you may be starting to crush on this guy also but you dont want to hurt your friends feelings go friend hope you stay that way

I have two conclusions. Either he likes you and just doesn't know how to say it, or he doesn't like you and he's just mocking you and all his friends are laughing because of how stupid he's trying to make you look.
That probly didn't help any.
I think he likes you but he just doesn't know what to do because he's afraid the other girl might hate him for not likeing her instead.
