Anyone know the cost of a Connecticut ID?

It's $15 for a non-driver photo ID but you can't have a CT drivers license at the same time. It's one or the other.

A regular non-commercial drivers license costs $66 or $77. It says it's 'Variable' but it doesn't clearly say why the price varies. That doesn't include the $40 license exam fee. A renewed license costs $66 and lasts 6 years.
