post it in the italian section, they always answer to this kind of request (but at this time are 4.30 am in italy)

however because of no one try to help you i will try my knowledge of latin ( i fear i forgot it!)
i will give you a free translation, not sure of the exact word and period, but sure about the meaning

first picture
the famous standars are pulled ahead in triumph, like a symbol of high command and perennial fame and his virtue are celebrated by the 'baton' he bring (don't know the english word, sorry, is that baton also the kings have usually with theur crown)

second picture
and behind of him he bring his wife, largely decorated, whom praise act are abundantely diffuse in all her force

I am only just beginning to learn Italian, but I can tell you that that appears to be Latin as opposed to Italian.
