i want to lose weight all over for free and w/ out signing up for anything on line

i am only 14 so i cant see a nutritionalist or spend any money or join any clubs

exercise. that's the best way. your young get involved in sports. swimming burns the most calories the fastest so if you like to swim that's the way to go. just stay active. and don't worry about it so much you are still growing.

HI, I am not the most motivated person in the world.. but here is what I reccomend as a lazy girl who wants to be healthy.

1. Make sure you have your daily reccomended am
mount of water.. I keep my daily ammount of water out on my kitchen counter to keep it in my face.
2. Keep protien bars with you in your purse. When you get hungry and crave the drive through, it will hold you over until you get home and can make something less fattening.
3. Eat more protien,
4. Vitamin c is soo great for energy.. i like emergen c powder. I also take some vitamins for my adrenal glands... they can make a huge difference in your daily energy.
5. I purchaced a cheepo mini trampoline (35 bucks) from shopko, jump on it to build muscle, and jog in place for cardio.
6. I LOVE walk away the lbs video's because I can do 1 mile when i feel lazy and 2 miles when i am motivated.

I hope that helps... But those tips were easiest for me.. :)

Then this is just for you. Exercise and include a good cardio routine. One that gets your heart rate up and keeps it going for an extended time. This along with eating the right foods will do the trick. The only cost, your food. Here is a good article on weight loss that you can read for more information.

First thing you should talk to a nutritionist to see if you are overweight, then they can give you a food schedule. But if you want to do it on your own, there are three things every body needs in order to stay healthy without fail
1. Vegetables, Fruits
2. Exercise Exercise Exercise!!!
3. Lots and Lots and Lots of water!

A diet is not healthy just eat right. Try to work out more often like jogging or go to a fitness....or probably work on push ups, sit ups, and crunches during tv comercials.

Quick go to Chell's question about losing 20 lbs in a month. Good luck, do what they say to do and you will be fine. Not full but fine. Not watching television but exercising.

I have tried this website and its FREE yes,FREE!!! Its called sparkpeople. You get to customize a diet plain,a workout plain,you can weigh in daily,also show it shows you exercise moves with a meal plain and all..So take a look....Good Luck!!!
