I have the same problem. This guy just cant take a hint. Some guys just wont back off, and if so, you gotta get serious with it. Tell him you'll go to the principle (if you're still in school) or the police (if not) for harassment. If that doesnt make him stop, actually do it. Dont let him push you around or intimidate you. Show him you wont back down until he backs off.

Say just listen, you keep coming after me and I'll file a complaint with the police. The police will not put a restraining order on him right away but they'll tell him to stop which should scare him off.

Okay, the best way to do this... I'm a guy, I know... is to talk to him. Make your voice very warm. Tell him that you would just like to be friends and that this thing going out between you and him is really messing that up. This will not hurt his feelings, but if he really likes you that much, he sould stop bothering you.

If he is controversial type then call the police and tell them about him you can file charges for mental harassment, and keep him off, or talk with somebody who he knows to tell him to stop, but don't drive him off the edge, you never know what he can do.

Send a text message.
Spell it out in front of his friends.
Call his mom
Rent a billboard on the side of the road.
Put flyers up all over town.
Tell a friend to tell him.
Get him on the ground and ...forget that one.

As hard as it is you have to be mean at this point...Just say im sorry your nice but im not interseted in having any bf right now..or even tell him yor going the army...lol jk on that last part...tell him hes not what your looking for...u just have to be mean at this point

send him a picture of you face down in his best friends lap. Yeah, I'd say that would do it, but you might want to leave town for a while and then the his friend might get "hung" up on you.

Say, "Look, I'm NOT interested, GOT IT?!!!!" give him "the look" while you're at it too. Stare right through that guy and let your ice cold, evil glare petrify him... lol ;)
If that doesn't work then:
"Hey... You know what? I was thinking about you... And how much...I..I.." wimper slightly so he thinks you're gonna say yes "HOW MUCH I DON"T WANT YOU!! WHERE DO YOU GET OFF?? BYE-BYE!! JERK!"

get in his face and say you annoy me and if you don't stop bothering me you will be turned into the authoritiies..and if he still does not back off. then either go to the school principal or the local law enforcement that someone is stalking you
