No. They have to be held responsible for taking care of their children. It's about time these cowards are FORCED to pay, instead of us tax payers. If every man took care of his own children, we wouldn't be so deep-six'd on this welfare issue.

NO, These dead beat parents (women can be dead beats as well) should pay for their child(children), why should the other parent have to pay for the moronic, irresponsible behavior. I think it is about time the government started doing this.
