It would help knowing what state you live n and bought the car in.
Basically, you were lied to but if it wasnt put in writing that you were getting the free stuff there isnt much you can do legally. However, you can stand up for yourself and other and instead of calling GO to the dealership and be verbal about it infront of potential customers. Dont speak to just a sales person, demand a manager and when a salesperson asks why make sure everyone hears why, that you were lied to about what you were going to get. Did you get a car loan? Contact the loan company and tell them about it, they dont want to fund a company that is misleading people and you NEED to call the better business burea and file a complaint against them, this is free. The better business bureau will keep track of what the company has done to fix the problem. It ant force the company to but it will keep a record.

First off I am her sister and I also bought this piece of **** car told I was getting ABS, ect. They took advantage of two young mothers. We live in NY. We didn't find out the cars didn't have ABS till 2 days later when I was trying to get the discount from my insurance comp. Little did I know the car had not had ABS. How where we to know, we aren't machanics. This is wrong and this company should do write by the cutomer. how do they expect to have customers to come back for a second time. This is a disgrace, and they will do something for my sister and I if I have anything to say about. This is not right. They took us because we were young and had our minds on our two 3 year old sons.

There is no right of rescission on non-solicited contracts in most states. Non-solicited meaning, they didn't come to your house you solicited business at their location. After you were told you weren't getting items you negotiated for, you probably shouldn't have taken delivery. Delivery is a necessary part of the transaction. Let me know the state and I can be more helpfull in providing you with Suziki Zone contact information. Also provide me with the Financing company and I'll try to help you make the bank not fund the contract.

Depends on the warranty on the car and also what State you live in. I know New York State has the Lemon Law. Maybe you need to get a lawyer.

Depends on the state, but technically there is no "cool-off" period.

If you are promised something, GET IT IN WRITING, else it doesn't count.
