Well, 1st off, did he act like he was interested BEFORE Valentines day?? Does he even know that YOU have a crush on him?

no not at all, mabey he is shy and doesnt think you are interested,
you should not alwase wait for a guy to make a move, if you are interested in him dont play games just try to pay attention to him and spend as much time as possible and see from there

Might not be... perhaps he just aint in the mindset of looking for a partner. Settle as his friend first, as friends you will learn more of him. Take time to understand a person. =D

not necessarily. Maybe he just didnt know you felt that way about him? You should express your interest to him whenever your around him

omgoodness no!!! he might just b too nervous, or thought that u were going to do something. if he aproached another girl though and told her that he liked her... well, then that means he's not interested.

sometimes you need to speak up to let the other know what do you feel inside.. talk to him,, roses,, anything lead that you`r in to him
