How old is your brother? If he's at least 4 - I would say some children's tylenol (about 1 tsp ought to due the trick) to get rid of the fever.

Stomach aches can be tricky , depending on your brother's age, it might just be gas, indigestion, constipation or an upset tummy. If the 1st 3 - try some Pepto (small dose), if its the last try the BRAT diet (bread, rice and toast) warm ginger ale and tea.

Give him Tylenol OR Motrin Or Advil (not both)
AND tell his Parents or Gaurdian right away. The parent or gaurdian is suppose to call his pediatric on-call person. The pediatric on-call person will instruct the adults what to do.
Be sure to carefully read the directions before giving any of the medication. If his parents are on a date, they will want you to call them and it shouldn't make them mad
Also, expect that he is probably going to VOMIT ! So have a bucket or small bathroom-trashcan for him to vomit into.
BE sure to CALL the PARENTS, Right NOW!

Try giving him something to bring the temp down. If you have some pepto give him some of that also. If after about 30 to 45 minutes and the temp has not gone down may have to get him to the doctor. Hope he gets better soon!

May be it is because of a mild viral infection. Give him cold water compression. It could be due to colic. To try out some home remedies you can look for information and visit sites in the web that provide you with necessary details. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Give him only Tylenol, give him a LOT of water, if he is worse get an adult to get him to a hosiptal. Depends on what the stomach ache is from, and how old he is. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY ASPRIN, NO NO NO, IT IS BAD FOR LITTLE KIDS.
