Sometimes crying spells can result from low blood sugar. Your breakfast or lunch could have been the cause, esp if you typically eat a lot of sugars.

You could still be depressed even without feeling sad, you could possibly be anxious and experiencing some form of anxiety disorder or confusion. You may need some anti anxiety or anti depressant meds to curtail the crying fits. I strongly recommend you contact your company's employee help line for assistance or referral to a mental health professional for assistance, it is confidential and may help you sort out why you are feeling the way you are. please take care and best wishes.

My sister has the same problem. She's been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. You're not nuts..............sometimes when I'm under a lot of stress and anxious about things I've cried. It was most embarrassing when it happened while I was shopping!

Seems to me that crying is a wonderful gift. It is part of who you are. Try not to reject it it in any way. Take no notice of what others may think.
