My mother has had experience with both and she agrees that a kidney stone was far worse than giving birth. Trying to pass a stone was so painful she thought she was going to die and actually would have welcomed death she was in so much pain!

I personally haven't had a Kidney stone removed, but have heard that it is worse than childbirth. However I have delivered multiple children and don't recall it being that bad.

I would say kidney stone...because it can go on for much longer than childbirth which lets face it...comes and goes within a time period...kidney stones last for long periods of time and are recurrant...for that..i say the stones..

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Both, I know I've had both. The pain was the same. It was all in the back, the lower back. Not a fun feeling.
