I like to run the stairs in by building. If you have a hard surface to work on try some squat trust a great cardio workout. Find a corner to stand on your head in and do some fast push-up,s that will get that hart rate up and workout the whole body. MAKE IT BURN!

~~~SIT UPS~~~ (classic)
and ~~~WALLPUSH UPS~~~. stand up at a wall and put your arms shoulder width and height and bring your elbows to the wall and make your nose and elbows both touch the wall. keeo doing this slowly and when you get going good try doing them with your fingers up.
and ~~~WALL SITS~~~. put you back against the wall and sit against it with your legs in tight. get to a spot with a tight stretch and hold it for a minute and break for 20 seconds and keep going.
lastly do some nice tight clean ~~~SQUATS~~~ do them by a hundred at a time.
