I've just answered your other question,and I see that you want to learn German just about as much as I did when I was young.
I certainly believe that you should learn it from someone in person, but I should tell you that if you go to the bottom of the page you will see a German flag with "Germany" written next to it. If you click on this flag, you will be in the German Yahoo! Answers forum. You should probably post this question in the German version of Yahoo! Answers since that's probably where most German-speakers prowl on this forum. Once you're in the German version, click on "fragen" which means "ask." Post your question there then.
However, there are also many good materials that you could download or even view via internet that would help teach you German. I have just gotten one for Dutch (spoken in Holland and some other areas), but I haven't been around to start learning it so much yet...
