This is the only year I didn't faint. I used to faint, feel tire and dizzy. When I faint, I wake up after that sweating but if I drink milk that would made me feel better.

Doesnt sound like you are anemic. See a dr he or she should be able to do a simple blood test to see if you are anemic. That way you can also discuss other things that it could possiblily be just to make sure its nothing serious.

All the women in my family are anemic including me. Some of us have got it worse and have dizzy spells and faint so I suggest you see a doctor and they'll probably get you to have a blood test because anemia is when we don't have as many red blood cells as you should and that can be detected in a blood test.

When you are anemic, you feel fatigue, you have no energy, you can take a vitamin with iron. If you are fainting and sweating sounds to me you make have a sugar problem and may need some blood work done to see what's up.

The only way to know for sure if you're anemic is to have a blood test. But usually anemia creates an overall feeling of exhaustion. It sounds to me like maybe you have a sugar imbalance. At any rate, you should probably see your doctor for a blood test.

I don't think your symptoms sound like you are anemic. My mother is anemic and she has poor circulation (hands, feet, and legs get cold a lot, then cramping). Plus she gets tired a lot. A friend of ours is anemic and she is always cold and tired. You can be tested for anemia, however you might want to see a doctor to make sure it isn't another issue. Vertigo? Too much stress? I would definitely get a doctors opinion.
