What are some healthy foods that i can snack on.. that are usually found around the house without going to the store.. I am trying to lose weight and I have problems eating at night..that is the worst time..for me cause i am not busy and all i wanna do is eat eat eat.. so please help me

Vegetables.

I know it's tough, but you have to switch from chips and stuff to veggies.

Try celery sticks and carrot sticks. But do NOT dip them in sour cream dips, even the fat free kind. Learn to eat them raw without dip. Put some salt on them.

Drink extra water, which will curb your appetite.

Some really good healthy foods to snack on are carrots because they are crunchy like chips and sweet. Another healthy snack is popcorn with no butter and just a little bit of salt.

organic fruits and veggies, (doesn't have to be organic, but it is healthier) whole grain bread, or yogurt(maybe). watch the yogurt, though. It has about 180 to 210 calories a serving.

any fruits, any vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, any kind of nuts, milk products(except ice cream and milkshakes), lettuce, and green tea(helps u lose weight faster).
and u're good to go! :)

ceral, fruit,yogart spring water will fill you up so your not hungry
