WHY did this HAPPEN?
Ugh, this is soooo annoying! I tried to sign in on Yahoo and even though everything was right (my ID and password), it wouldn't let me sign in - it said my account was disabled or something!

Sounds like your account has been disabled because of TOS violations - rebooting, clearing out cache etc will make no difference at all (despite others suggesting it)
E-mail y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and they may be able to tell you what happened.
(And yes it's answrs not answers in their e-mail address for some reason)

Because someone tried to log onto it using the wrong password. wait like a day and then try to log on again.

uhh maybe you havened been on in a long time and it froze ur account..that happened to me before just make another one

delete your temp file and clean out your cache...try that
