Water has no calories and is not permanent weight. You lose it in a few hours.

This will clear it up for you.

Go to your scale right now. Weigh yourself.

Then drink as much water as you can choke down. Drink like a quart of water fairly quickly. Chug a few glasses of water. Then weigh yourself again.

You'll be heavier. Why? Because the water you just drank is in your body.

Don't worry about weight. Worry about fat. Drink a lot of water.

Water does not produce any unwanted tissue. Water does ,however, greatly increase fat burning. Putting exactly one ounce of water in your body results in exactly one ounce gain in water weight. Drink lots of water daily.Multiply your bodyweight by .56 or if you're more athletic .60 or.62. This is how many ounces you should drink in a day. Invest in a water bottle. Quart sized is a good choice. If this is too confusing. Water good. Thirsty bad;)

If you would weight a bit heavier from this, it would only be water weight, which will fluctuate from day to day depending on how much you drink. But actually drinking water is key to losing weight-- especially if youre active, you need to keep hydrated and it's zero calories! I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

no, because water does not contain any calories plus if you're exercising you'll sweat the water you drank

You NEED water when you excersise, and water doesn't stick to you like food does :) It goes away easy.
