Since you'll never settle the wager for sure till after it's too late to drink the pinot noir, i say call it off. just sve it for a special occasion! Don't worry about it going bad, though. ;)

Pinot Pony is more like it, but I'd tell you there is a 50% chance you may get drunk once you start, so you may want to lay off the wine a bit.

It is better to assume it can get you drunk if you drink it, so just drink, then to not drink and find out that it could have gotten you drunk.
