Most everything I do is for someone else's happiness. And most of the time, it makes me happy doing it.

It makes me happy to make others happy. So yes, a lot of my time and attention go toward making others happy. Is that selfish?

Both. I try mostly to please others but there is a point at which I will not worry about that so that my life is comfortable also. In other words, I don't disrupt my life for someone else but I will try a lot to please others.
