Under a law of a certain country, anyone caught poaching in the King's private forest is punished by being hanged or beheaded. However, before they are hanged or beheaded, they have to make a statement. If it is true, they will be beheaded; if it is false, they would be hanged.
So one day a guy was caught poaching in the private forest. He made a statement. "I shall be hanged." So should he be hanged or beheaded?

BOTH. first hanged then beheaded

Half-hung, then beheaded, finally drawn and quartered.

hmm....both. but in the end i think beheaded.
