new fundamentalist schools are on the way
It is true that most students continue to believe in God. But God has little to do with how they think about the world or how they live their lives.

I think so. We as the parents are getting so accepting of everything our kids are beginning not to know the difference between right and wrong. Take for instance premarital sex. In the Bible it states that it is wrong, and I agree because it leads to other problems. There was also a time when parents told there kids it was wrong so most didn't do it. Not everyone followed this path, but it was more the norm to wait until marriage. Now since the sexual revolution it's more the norm to "try" each other out before marriage to make sure you are compatible. I think it's a huge problem that has gotten out of control, but we can't stop it now. Kids see that we accept it so they let loose. Disease and unwanted pregnancy are at an all time high. Want to guess the reason? I think the more we let go of the more we ruin the next generation. We need to get back to basics and actually let our kids know that even if things seem to be the norm they are still expected to follow God's laws. They need to understand it will save a lot of heartache.

Government and people do not care if we preach or teach Christian, so long as we do not live it, because telling people the truth is offensive and a lie is embraced Education teaches not believe in God and Religion is the feeble attempt of man to please God with their own works just like Cain did. (Unless it's Muslim then they cut your head off the wonderful peaceful religion it is )
Faith on the other hand has nothing in common with religion or education as Faith stands alone.

God affects my life every day. I guess I might not be the coolest person because I think ethically. Kids think the coolest thing is to disobey their parents drink and even do drugs. Juvenile crimes are rising and it is sad that they have stopped believing. If they would let God guide them, they might make better decisions and our world would be a better place.

Fundamentalist schools have been around for a long time.

(Where have you been?)

You have a choice between a secular (free) education in public schools and a religious (and expensive) education in a Catholic school or one of another sect.

Public schools HAVE to be secular (they will never be religious, nor should they be). Private schools, whether religious, preparatory or secular, will always offer a higher educational standard to justify their costs.

Church vs State.Worst thing they could have done. They need to put prayer back, disipline, control some of these situations.Kids are so disrespectful now a days.Parents blame school/school blame parents. Its both their jobs.Take prayer out of school lets in room for evil to run'a'muck. Then you have causse.

Nope. To live a life for God is to be holy.

I am all for fundamentalist schools. Having a lot of American kids who think the world is 6000 years old will make it a hell of a lot easier for smart foreigners to get into American colleges. Americans can clean their toilets for them. Ignorance Is Strength.

Rather broad brush you're painting with, huh?

What a sterling example of "tolerance" and "diversity."
