o on a low fat diet you can eat anything you want Just cut out the fatty foods exercises do something fun go out dancing that burns calories hiking, just be active enjoy life LM is the number !to lose calories It Saturday night go out and have fun

And for keeping up with what you eat/how many calories you burn/your weight goals/the nutrients your getting ect. fitday.com
and then for a website that tells like exercises to do ect. im not totally sure
