By the way, I don't belive in seeing doctors. Haven't seen one exept a dentist and for shots since I was about 8. I feel like I'm smart enough to know what is healthy for myself and my diets.

Helo Caitlin - Tissue is bone, fat or muscle. Gota work muscles or U gain fat, unles U dont eat ( no opton ). Cut hi calorie - fats & sweets & improve nutrition. Do fun things or normal activity a bit more intensely. What U enjoy doing may get best result. Use big muscles - back, legs & arms. Dont give up. U made progres!

I am 23 and have been on Jenny Craig for just over year losing weight for my wedding in two months. I have lost a total of 30kg and still need to lose another 10 before the wedding. If you can't join a healthy eating program like Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers, just eat smart, exercise whenever you can (but not too much that you exert yourself to fainting spells), cut back on softdrinks, eat more fruits and veg and have a variety of low-fat heart healthy meals. You can even find special low-carb frozen meals in your supermarket. For exercises, try joining a gym - you get to do strength exercises that will tone your arms and legs, cardio exercises for your heart and ab workouts that really burn that mid-waist fat, and don't forget group classes of aerobics (water aerobics will really work you out) or dancing. But most importantly, let me remind that there is no fast and easy fix with shake replacement diets. They don't change your eating habits. Whereas if you follow the above you will have a lifestyle change and gain a positive outlook. Also, don't judge your weight loss by comparing it with others. Good luck! (australia)

Do pilates twice a week, try to go on AT LEAST one walk/jog/run for about a mile a day. Do sit ups, weight training. And purchase a pedometer (about $5-15 at Target) and aim for 10,000 steps a day.It might sound crazy, but if you really try and take the long way to class, walk around the house and clean up alot its not too hard! One day i got 24,000 steps (my all time record) just from P.E, alot of teacher assistant tasks around the schoo, taking my dog for a walk & just running around! Good luck & feel free to email me w/ any questions! (email is on my page) Btw im 13

Consult a doctor before you do any dieting. But with that said. Excersise more and eat less.
