with her hair and sumtimes looking at me. she also asks me questions time and time again even when she knows that i'll probably say i dont know and also the other day she was teasing me. I dont think she likes me but is it possible?

Well the most possible answer is that she likes u. And the teasing part is propbably because u dn't pay attention to her or there is another gurl.

Its possible if she is asking you questions if she is teasing you she must like you to make sure of this just ignore her if she gets mad then she likes you.

Uhm, isn't it totally obvious?
She's totally into you.
Go for it--ask her out to a movie or to go bowling or something. Or go mini-golfing...plenty of chances to get unsupsectedly and harmlessly close (bowling too...teach her to throw...).
But yes, she is totally flirting with you and is probably wondering what is taking you so long to take a move.
