Today I ate 1530 calories, and I feel like a pig. Seriously. I need to know if I really did eat too much, or if its in my head.
I am 14 years old, 5' 6", female, and 122 lbs.Did I eat too many calories? Thanks.

Your weight is at the low end of normal. Don't worry so much about what you ate in one day. You could probably use a few more calories once in awhile.

If you are an active person you will need to intact more calories, But as a 14 year old I don't think this is a problem, to me 5'6" female 122# sounds good and healthy.

To anyone else that might be reading this that may wont to lose afew lbs. diet and EXERCISE go hand in hand, it is not good to just do one without the other. ok.

Helo Mis Bugsly - Tissue is bone, fat or muscle. Work muscle or U gain fat, unles U dont eat ( no opton ). Cut hi-calorie fat & sweet & improve nutrition. Do fun things or normal activity a bit more intensely. What U enjoy doing may get best result. Use big muscles - back, legs & arms. Dont give up. Good work keeping track of calories! U make progres!

Okay, I am the same size as you, wiegh 145 pounds and I am perfectly healthy according to my docter. Agirl you height shoul have at least 2000 calories a day to keep up your strength and stay awake all day. If you dont belive me ask your doctor for advice.

It's not about the calories. It's about how your body is processing things. Make sure you had fruit and greens, vitamins and water, and your body will get rid of whatever was extra if you overindulge once in awhile..

For a person that is sedentary, 122lbs x 12 = 1464. You ate just about enough to maintain your current weight.

nope its all in your head ....
for the age and the size you are, you should be eating 1800-2000 calories
don't worry about it, your not a pig : )
