I am 5'2'' and about 140-150 In not quite sure I have not been on the scale in a while. Well to my question, do yoga 2 days a week and work out every once and a while in the gym my school has, and I try and eat as healthy as I can with the cafateria food they have here. I cannot eat salads and some fruits becuase it interacts with one of the medicines I am taking. Well my question is what can I do to lose weight? Like excersize wise in my dorm room. I do sit-ups and push ups but it is not working. So I wanted to know what else I could do.
