Actually you are considered underweight. A healthy weight for your height would be about 130 pounds give or take a couple pounds. If you are under 18, I would not worry about that you will eventually gain weight as you get older. If you are over 18, I would advise you to get a regular check out by physician so that you are informed of what a normal weight is.

Helo ZZ - Worried about weight? Cut hi-calorie fats & sweets & improve nutrition. Do fun things or normal activity more intensely. The wate seems a bit low but i'm 250# @ 5'10" ( obese ). Ti Chi?

that gives you a body mass index of 18.3, actually considered a little underweight, but certainly within normal range. i wouldn't lose any more but wouldn't go out of my way to put on a few more pounds just to get to a little higher bmi (normal is considered 18.5-24.9) many studies show a survival advantage to those folks a little underweight. stay healthy!
