depends on a lot of things. If you are underage, I would like to say that it is probably illegal, and giving in to your hormonal rush can create a lot of problems.
The mistakes you make today will haunt you for the rest of your life. I needed therapy coz' I had sex at 15, seduced by a frustrated neighbour's wife. A lot of emotions are involved, the need to hide illicit encounters attracts a great penalty.
So, avoid till you find the right person

Better wait to enjoy your best untill marraige. you are ready for sex whenever you are wise enough to make right decisions for yourself and to take care of your responsibilites. Some people attain this wisdom at early age, and some don't even after they are 30 plus...
