Run some hot bath water, put a lot of epson salts in the water and lay down as far as possible and soak in it as hot as you can stand it, do this at least 3 times a week when you dry your back rub the towel back and forth rather harsh, it will help a lot if you don't have epson salts use 1/2 cup apple cider (Heinz vinegar) in the bath, it is wonderful for any type of skin problems. Good luck

Try using an anti-acne bodywash. I think Neutrogena and Aveno both make them, as well as some other companies. They usually have antibacterial ingredients that will help cut down on the bacteria that may cause your acne. Obviously, this goes without saying, keep your back clean and oil free (don't use a really oily lotion on your back, just like you wouldn't use one of your face if you're prone to acne). Good luck!

It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

You should go to a dermatologist. They can give you antibiotics that will clear it up. There are also body washes with salicylic acid like Neutrogena body scrub that can also help. Being it is on your back, it is most likely related to hormones.

Use an acne body wash.

Scrub the area gently (so not to break them). Once they are gone, keep this up to PREVENT future outbreaks.

Try to find out what they are from. Maybe from a certain part of your bra or tight clothing or sweat? Try to prevent them before they happen.
