how would i add an allover purple tint to my black hair?

that way in a room without a lot of light it will look black but in the sun you can see the purple tint

If your just looking for a tint and not a complete "dye". I would go to your local beauty supply store, try sally's. They have excellent choices of demi permanent or semi permanet hair color in all sorts of beautiful colors. I have seen violet myself. Te good thing about the semi-permanent is, they are going to give you the affect i believe your trying to achieve. You can apply it all over and your hair will have the effect of a tint, well you can see the color in the sun. I've tried like a burgundy myself, and it turned out beautiful. It's very simple to use, but it will stain so make sure you protect your hands and your hairline. Best of luck to ya!

There are 2 ways 2 do it. 1 is you will have 2 dye your whole head with a deep purple/black. (u can't just add purple because the color needs a light stand of hair to take and i dont recommend color in 2 close together. now the way i just said u would have 2 bleach your hair. u want just a tint so have a friend separate some strands of hair. not 2 close together, then u would have stripes of purple. really about 5 stands in 1 spot then move on. after bleaching i would wait at least a week for your hair to repair the damage then do the purple. )The purple in the deep purple/black can come in plain hair dye u get from the drug store. i would go and check out a few places for prices and colors. they can very on the brand u get and the quality of the product. i would say this be the best way 2 get the purple tint u want. this dye will look black but will shine purple in the sun as u want.

in case you % an extremely sturdy thank you to end which you would be able to continuously pass to a keep like warm subject remember and purchase a jet black hair dye, then purchase a pink dye one after the different. you are able to then dye your hair with the jet black first and placed the pink over it after wards and in the photograph voltaic it quite is going to likely be tinted the colour of pink you %. wish this enables!
