Today I have eaten:

A can of guava (140 calories)
a bowl of cheeris & non fat milk (200)
A salami sanwhich (about 10 slices) on wonder bread (400)
peanut butter crackers (180)
a bottle of water (0)

So far:
I have taken my dog on 2 30 min. walks and did lots of cleaning.
How far off are my calorie calculations & is this a good diet plan? I'm 13, 5'0, 88 pounds

YES I HATE my height! If only I was 4 inches taller..... But it is ok because I can wear heels to dances and now have to wear flats like other girls :-p

But anyway, the LAST thing I need to do is GAIN weight! I don't like my tummy or thighs so I try to eat healthy :)

you seriously need to gain some more weight not much but maybe a couple of pounds cause Im the same age and height and I did this test and the lightest you a should be is like 91 or something but yeah anyway.
do you hate your height cause I hate being 5 feet when all my friends are like 5' 8".

First of all you need to eat more of that food you need at least 1800 calories to maintain your weight, but other than that good diet plan!!!!

i personally think you are not eating enough...not a doctor or anything...but def. eat some more, you should eat about 2000 calories a day and thats only about 1000.
