Today I have eaten:
A can of guava (140 calories)
a bowl of cheeris & non fat milk (200)
A salami sanwhich (about 10 slices) on wonder bread (400)
peanut butter crackers (180)
a bottle of water (0)
So far:
I have taken my dog on 2 30 min. walks and did lots of cleaning.
How far off are my calorie calculations & is this a good diet plan? I'm 13, 5'0, 88 pounds

YES I HATE my height! If only I was 4 inches taller..... But it is ok because I can wear heels to dances and now have to wear flats like other girls :-p
But anyway, the LAST thing I need to do is GAIN weight! I don't like my tummy or thighs so I try to eat healthy :)
