eye needs +advice?

one of my eyes had a broken blood vasel,after that it dry up and I was able to see better,but I still could not see good.So far the eye doctor has not done or given me any other option,WHY?

because broken blood vessels are normal. It will clear up on it's own, they can happen from exertion, stress, or trauma.
It is like a bruise in your eye.

theres nothing you can really do about it.
