I'm thirteen, and all I want to know is if taking hydroxycut is okay for me, and what the effect of it is.

It is a waste of money. Pills cannot burn calories or decease intake of calories. It is better to follow a reasonable diet and get a little more exercise.

I definitely would warn you against taking diet pills. There are no lasting shortcuts to weight loss. Diet and exercise are the only proven methods of safe and lasting weight loss.

Join a sports team or take up exercising on your own. If you are concerned about appetite suppression, try drinking green tea.

I would also recommend discussing your weight loss concerns with a parent, doctor or some other adult you trust.

Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good. Not safe at all they cause more damage in the long run. Diet aids should be removed from the market. They give woman the wrong idea about dieting. Basically your starving your self and when you go off the stuff you'll just gorge because your just so hungry. If you want to diet reduce your meat intake or go vegetarian then you'll safely lose weight.

Please do not take hydroxycut. It is very unsafe for anyone, and could possibly stunt your growth at your age. Ask yourself this question. Would you take methamphetamines. Hopefully the answer is a resounding, NO! Eating healthy and exercising. Healthy as in no man made products. Whoever created this world knew what they were doing in regards to our diet.
